- Annual membership dues are $40.00 and run from February 1st – January 31st
- E-mail address is REQUIRED as all CCHVA communication is via e-mail only
- Household Membership includes up to two people per household, known as "Bundle membership"
- Dues must be paid by February 28th or you will be dropped from future newsletters or club communication
- Prefer to join and pay by US Mail: Continue to fill out online form CCHVA Membership Form and an invoice will be emailed to you
